About ProCatalyst

An A/E firm that happens to have built a world-class production platform.

ProCatalyst was founded in 2020 as the BIM arm of Simple Homes, the Colorado panelization company. Our core team has worked together for more than a decade. A cross-company, multi-discipline continuity value you don't often find.

Our story

Our core group worked together from 2016 through 2020 at a technology-forward construction company. Soon after, Jared Rooker and JJ Williams kept the team together by standing up a dedicated BIM arm for Simple Homes, a Colorado panelization company.

What started as structural modeling and shop drawings for one client grew quickly. In 2021 we took on additional clients, beginning with full-scope MEP for a national engineering firm. By 2023 we'd launched full multi-discipline service across Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Sustainability. In 2024 the founders completed a buyout of the parent company; today we operate as an independent, purpose-built A/E staff augmentation firm.

We did not start as an outsourcing shop. We started as working architects and engineers who wanted to keep a great team together. That difference shows in every deliverable.

Our mission

A/E staff augmentation by discipline experts, for discipline experts.

We're not generalists selling AEC services. We're architects and engineers ourselves. The same roles our clients hold. Everything we do is built around peer-to-peer work between professionals.

Our beliefs

Three tenets. Non-negotiable.

01

Availability

Every client has a US-based Project Executive as their primary point of contact. Available through the full US business day, not a project manager tracking hours. Responsiveness is a feature, not a promise.

02

Efficiency

Poland afternoons overlap with US mornings. Assign at end of day; receive deliverables by the next morning. The 24-hour turnaround isn't a marketing stat. It's how the day is structured.

03

Quality

Two redundant QA gates on every deliverable. Poland Team Leader reviews for technical accuracy; US Project Executive reviews for code, coordination, and design intent. Only then does work reach your desk.

US + Poland model

Why it works. Not offshore. Not domestic. Purpose-built.

Our production team is based in Kraków, Poland. Our Project Executives are US-based. The structure is deliberate: it captures the cost efficiency of nearshore production with the reliability of US management.

Under 5%

Core team turnover. Industry offshore average is 40%.

A stable team means established workflows, shared shorthand, and the kind of implicit coordination that only comes from years of shared experience. You don't retrain it with documentation.
