Jared spent the first half of his career inside US A/E practice, first as an Architect and then as the Managing Director, where he grew and managed the production team that ProCatalyst was eventually spun out of. He is the reason we refuse to ship drawings the same way a generic offshore shop ships them. If a sheet leaves our office, it has passed through strict a QA/QC process.

He co-founded ProCatalyst with JJ Williams in 2020 as the BIM arm of Simple Homes, a Colorado panelization company, and co-led the expansion to outside A/E and developer clients. In 2024 he and JJ completed a buyout from the parent company, establishing ProCatalyst as an independent firm.

He is based in Dallas and is your point of escalation on any engagement.

Real estate operator by training. The translator between developer logic and architect logic.

JJ spent his career on the owner and developer side of real estate before co-founding ProCatalyst. He thinks about a project the way the client does: capital stack, schedule risk, leasing exposure, fee pressure. That is why our CD review framing starts with the cost of an RFI and not with a sheet count.

He met Jared on the board of CoreNet Global North Texas in the early 2010s. They worked on the same side of several projects and even at the same companies over the decade that followed. JJ has owned relationship, pricing, and client partnerships since day one.

JJ is usually the first person a new principal speaks with. He will not pitch you. He will ask a lot of questions about how your firm actually produces and tell you honestly whether we are a fit.

Runs the production team, the quality gate that sits before your PX, and the hiring bar that keeps turnover under 5%.

Michał runs the day-to-day of the Poland office. Every discipline team reports up through him. He chairs the Team Leader review that every deliverable passes through before it reaches a US Project Executive, and he owns the staffing plan for the firm. He is the reason we can surge a team from four to nine on a project without the quality curve drooping.

He has worked with Jared since before ProCatalyst existed, back in the Prescient era. That is the decade-plus continuity we reference when we say our core team is not a freelance network. It is the same people, on the same disciplines, building on the same habits they built together over many years of production work.

Michał is your second point of contact on production specifics. He will be on the call when the question is about modeling approach, family strategy, or how a specific detail gets produced.
