Plumbing design and modeling from residential risers through multi-building podium systems. We handle domestic water, sanitary, storm, natural gas, and medical/hospitality specialty systems, fully coordinated against structural penetrations and architectural chases upstream. We use Dynamo scripting to automate repetitive modeling and documentation tasks and enforce BIM standards across fixture families and riser sets.

Design-Build BIM Coordination
Our plumbing team produces coordination-ready and fabrication-grade shop drawings for design-build mechanical and plumbing contractors. We participate directly in GC-hosted weekly clash coordination meetings, exchanging detailed models with all other trades to achieve true clash-free coordination before fabrication begins. Our models go well beyond design-phase schematics. They include the routing precision, hanger locations, and connection details that field crews need to install from, not just price from.

Most plumbing work runs as an Allocated Resource (dedicated seat, monthly) or Project Hourly (per-project, NTE budget). One-off scopes commonly run fixed-fee.
