Interiors
Commercial interior design BIM production. FF&E, finish plans, millwork details, and space planning.
Our interiors team produces BIM-driven interior design documentation for commercial, hospitality, multifamily amenity, and corporate environments. We model and detail everything from furniture layouts and finish plans through custom millwork shop drawings and reflected ceiling plans. Because we operate inside a multi-discipline firm, coordination with architecture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing happens upstream — interior ceiling heights, lighting layouts, and outlet locations are resolved before the first redline, not after. We use Dynamo scripting to automate finish schedules, room data sheets, and tag propagation across large projects.

- Color and material boards (Revit-based)
- Hospitality lobbies, restaurants, and guest rooms
- Multifamily amenity spaces and clubhouses
- Corporate offices and tenant fit-outs

- Mixed-use retail and lobby spaces
Hospitality & Amenity Design Documentation
Beyond standard tenant fit-out documentation, our interiors team produces the detailed design packages that hospitality and multifamily amenity spaces demand. Custom millwork sections at full detail, tile layout plans coordinated to drain locations, lighting control zones aligned with reflected ceiling plans, and finish transitions detailed down to the threshold. This is documentation where the design intent lives in the details, and every material junction, reveal dimension, and alignment has to be called out explicitly for the contractor to execute the vision.
Allocated. Hourly. Fixed-Fee.
Most interiors work runs as an Allocated Resource (dedicated seat, monthly) or Project Hourly (per-project, NTE budget). One-off scopes commonly run fixed-fee.
Most engagements touch more than one.
Architecture
Licensed US Architects on staff. Documents reviewed for design intent, not just geometry.
Structural
Foundation through framing through shop drawings. LOD 100 to 500.
Mechanical
Full unit and building HVAC modeling. Tight cross-discipline coordination.
