Structural

Foundation through framing through shop drawings. LOD 100 to 500.

Overview

Structural is where ProCatalyst started. As the BIM arm of a panelization company, we built our reputation on structural modeling and shop drawings. We produce across wood, steel, concrete, and hybrid systems for projects ranging from 500 SF residential to 2M+ SF mixed-use. We use Dynamo scripting to automate repetitive modeling and detailing tasks and enforce BIM standards across the model.

Fabrication-Grade BIM

Beyond standard construction documentation, our structural team produces fabrication-grade BIM models and manufacturing shop drawings for specialized building product manufacturers. This work demands a level of precision that standard CD production does not: every panel dimension, connection detail, clip location, and material specification must be modeled to exact manufacturing tolerances. Our team builds custom Dynamo scripts and parametric Revit families that automate repetitive panel layouts, enforce dimensional accuracy, and dramatically reduce manual error across large facade systems. This is production work measured in millimeters, not quarter inches.

How you'd engage structural

Allocated. Hourly. Fixed-Fee.

Most structural work runs as an Allocated Resource (dedicated seat, monthly) or Project Hourly (per-project, NTE budget). One-off scopes commonly run fixed-fee.
