High-level design through detailed modeling and drafting.
Our electrical team works from early schematic and single-line through final CDs. Lighting, power, low-voltage, and distribution. We work to IECC and local energy codes and coordinate live with the mechanical and plumbing teams on the same engagement. We use Dynamo scripting to automate repetitive circuiting, tagging, and documentation tasks and enforce BIM standards.

Licensed US Architects on staff. Documents reviewed for design intent, not just geometry.
Structural
Foundation through framing through shop drawings. LOD 100 to 500.
Mechanical
Full unit and building HVAC modeling. Tight cross-discipline coordination.
